We've compiled an FAQ below with everything you will need to know for your weekend at The Caverns.

Re-entry will be permitted during the amphitheater and daytime cave shows from 1:30p CT to 11p CT.

All events at The Caverns are rain or shine. If severe weather is in the area during the amphitheater shows an announcement to shelter at your vehicles will be made from the stage as well as on The Caverns Instagram page. Please watch the weather while on-site and stay alert.

All times, dates, artists and prohibited items are subject to change at any time.

Please note The Caverns in on Central Time. If your phone is set to automatically select time zones, it may switch to Eastern Time due to our location near the line. Please check that your phone is set to the Central Time Zone.

DAY OF SHOW INFORMATION

Have your tickets saved to your phone or printed before arriving at The Caverns. See the map & schedule for all entry locations and showtimes.

Ticketing & Footpath:

  • 12p - 11p CT Friday - Sunday

Venue Doors Open:

  • 1:30p CT on Friday

  • 1p CT on Saturday - Sunday

Camping check in will be open from:

  • 1p - 9p CT on Thursday, May 23rd only for those who have purchased an early entry pass

  • 9a - 9p CT on Friday, Saturday and Sunday

The footpath / ticketing to the venue will open at 12p CT on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for VIP and GA ticket holders. Have your tickets printed or saved to your phone and your valid government ID for a smooth check-in. Please see the schedule for show times.

Please note there are no rideshares available in the area, Plan all your safe rides ahead of time.

Lost and Found is located at the concessions building in the amphitheater from 1:30p-11p CT Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Please reach out to info@thecaverns.com after the festival has ended.

SAFETY AND SECURITY

To ensure we do everything we can to make the event as safe as possible cars will be searched for weapons by a K9 upon entry. All patrons will also be screened prior to entering the venue for prohibited items. We live in a crazy world and we want everyone to have the best time possible knowing they're as safe as possible.

First Aid will be available at the beginning of the footpath for 24 hours starting Friday the 24th at 3:30p CT. First Aid will also be available at the top of the amphitheater Friday 3:30p - 11p, Saturday 1p - 11p, and Sunday 1p-11p. Anyone needing assistance during the late-night on Sunday or during the cave shows should find a Caverns crew member or go to the main door of the venue where a Safety & Security staff member will be posted.

BRING IT OR LEAVE IT

The following items are allowed in the venue: clear bags (under 12x6x12), empty 32oz or factory-sealed water bottles, 1.5 liquid quarts hydro packs with two pockets or less, childcare/medical necessary items and chairs without bags are permitted.

No outside food or drinks inside the music venue. Please note that totems, juggling sticks, batons, hula-hoops, glow sticks, inflatable furniture (inc. Chill Bean/Sacks) and hand fans (over 12") will not be allowed in either venue. You're welcome to have these items at your campground/lot, but please do not take into the music venues. VIP INFORMATION

Please enter through the campground entrance at Gate 4 (see map). VIP check-in is available during the following times only:

  • 1p - 9p CT on Thursday, May 23rd
  • 9a - 9p CT on Friday, May 24th

VIP check-in is not available on Saturday or Sunday. Please let us know if you intend to arrive on either of those days and we can try to accommodate.

CAMPING INFORMATION

Enter at Gate 4 off Charlie Roberts Road. Please follow the signs on the road. Campground access is restricted to only those with camping passes. All camping is first come, first served for up to 4 people per car. Each campsite is 20' x 20' and can accommodate the car you're in and 1-2 tents.

Camping check-in hours:

  • 1p - 9p CT on Thursday, May 23rd only for those who have purchased an early entry pass. Purchase now.

  • 9a - 9p CT on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Please do not arrive early before the gates open. Lining up on the road is not permitted and you will be asked to leave and return when the gates are open. Please plan to exit the campground no later than 10a CT on Monday. There will be a potable water station available to all campers, please see the location on the map and bring empty receptacles to fill up. Please arrive with your camping crew - only those who arrive in your vehicle will get a camping wristband. Saving spaces is not allowed. Please note you cannot save spaces for other people, please plan to arrive together if you want to camp together. If you arrive after the campground check-in has closed you will be parked in an overnight holding lot until the campground opens the next morning. *Campsites do not have power or showers provided. Firewood and Ice are available for purchase. Fire pits are available for rent.

DAY PARKING

Enter at Gate 3 off Charlie Roberts Road. Please follow the signs on the road. Day parking opens at 9a CT on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. All cars must be off-site 60 minutes after the last performance of the night. If you have purchased a ticket with the late night cave set, you must be off-site 60 minutes after the show or you are subject to being towed. Day parking is not permitted in the campgrounds.

*No idle parking in the lots or on the road. *Please do not arrive before gates have opened you will be turned around.

WIFI & CELL SERVICE

Wifi is typically available in the amphitheater and cave by joining the network “thecaverns” using the password “thecaverns." Wifi is not available in the campground and cell service can be spotty depending on the weather/provider. Use of messenger services that use Wifi (i.e. Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp) are the best options to stay in communication with your crew. Make sure everyone joins the Wifi to communicate.

FOOD TRUCKS & CONCESSIONS

Food trucks will be available at the back of the amphitheater, in the campground and near the cave entrance. Craft vendors will be available in the Oversized / RV parking lot. The Caverns concessions is located at the rear of the amphitheater and in the cave. Concessions include beer, wine, canned cocktails, soft drinks, water and snacks.

HYDRATION

Please stay hydrated! A water station will be available in the campground for campers starting at 8a CT on Friday, May 24. As well as in the amphitheater behind the concessions building for all patrons. See the water drop on the map for the locations of water stations. Empty 32oz or factory-sealed water bottles, empty 1.5 liquid quarts hydro packs with two pockets or less will be allowed in the venue. Ice will be available for purchase in the campground.

CONCERT CHECK-IN

The footpath to access the amphitheater and cave will open daily at 12p CT to line up before doors open. Doors are scheduled to open at 1:30p CT on Friday and 1p CT on both Saturday & Sunday. To ensure a seamless experience we encourage you to arrive early to check in to avoid potential security lines in the evening. We encourage all 3-day ticket holders to pick up their wristbands early on Friday to expedite lines. Please have your tickets printed or, saved to your phone wallet.

SUNDAY LATE NIGHT SET ACCESS

The late night set will take place in The Caverns underground venue on Sunday 5/26. Please line up on the right side of the amphitheater stage at the cave entrance queue no earlier than 10p CT. Please note the doors to the cave are not scheduled to open until 11p CT, your patience is appreciated. The amphitheater food trucks and concessions will be open for late night attendees until 11p CT. Please have your ticket out and visible to the check-in staff. There is no re-entry to the venue once you are in, so please plan accordingly. If you want to go back to your campsite before entering the late night set you’re able to enter the venue until 1a CT.

CAVE VENUE ENTRY

The Caverns underground cave venue is a limited-capacity intimate space. All entry into the underground cave music venue will be one-in-one-out once at capacity. Please look ahead at the schedule and leave yourself time to see your favorite artist underground! Please use the path to the right of the amphitheater stage to enter the underground venue.

DON'T MISS THE MERCH

All CaveJam & support artist merchandise will be located at the top of the Amphitheater on the side of the concessions building. The only place to get The Caverns & CaveJam merchandise is at The Caverns! The String Cheese Incident merchandise will be available at the rear of the amphitheater.

TROUBLE WALKING?

Enjoy a stroll through the woods along a shaded footpath covered with wood chips from the camping and parking lots to the venue. With a distance of approximately 1,200 feet (.22 miles), if you or someone in your party cannot make this walk please send us an email at least 48 hours prior to your arrival at info@thecaverns.com or let a member of The Caverns staff know at check-in and they will assist you.

CAVE TOURS

Cave Tours through Big Room Cave will be available everyday from 9a-5p CT. Please pre-book your cave tour here. All cave tour ticket holders will be picked up at the Info + Cave Tour Pick-Up tent and driven to their tour. You must arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour. View map for pick-up location.
