Located in Grundy County, Tennessee, The Caverns is a world-renowned destination for underground live music, home of the Emmy-winning PBS television series Bluegrass Underground, and a magical cave system for exploration.

  • Security information: We may collect personal information on incidents and accidents that occur in our venues that may include the use of video taken from security cameras, video cameras on site during television tapings, photographs and pertinent personal information regarding accidents/injuries that may have occurred at the venue(s).

  • Information used for health/safety purposes: We may collect information from ticket purchasers and attendees for compliance purposes related to infectious disease to the extent required under applicable law. This information may include names, contact details, seat locations, along with entry and exit times. If a third party for an event organizer requires the collection of health information (such as test results), please refer to their privacy policy and terms to understand how your data was collected and used.

  • Other information: We may collect information about your browser and device, your IP address, your location, the website you came from, the site you visit when you leave ours, and how you used or didn't use our website. We may collect this information using technology such as GPS and Wi-Fi.

  • In connection with our COVID-19 mitigation efforts, when you attend a performance, we may verify your COVID-19 vaccination status and photo identification, but we do not retain this information.

Our website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under age 13.
